Evaluasi Penggunaan Alokasi Dana Kepenghuluan Dalam Meningkatkan Pembangunan Fisik Kepenghuluan Teluk Pulau Hulu Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir

This study aims to determine the Evaluation of the Usage of the Allocation Fund in Increasing the Physical Development of the Bay of Hulu Island, Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The problem raised in this study is about the use of Kepenghuan funds allocation to enhance physical development, where there is still a lot of development in the Kepenghuluan Teluk Hulu Island that has not been optimally implemented such as road shaping, bridge casting, and others. The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of the use of the Allocation Fund in increasing the physical development of the Hulu Kepululuan Bay in the Rimba Melintang District in the Rokan Hilir Regency and to find out any obstacles that were experienced by the Government of the Hulu Kepululuan Bay Government in using the Kepulhuan Bay Allocation in increasing Rokan Hilir Regency and to find out what obstacles were experienced by the Kepulu Pelululuan Government Apparatus in using the Kepululuan Bay Allocation in improving physical development Kepenghuluan Teluk Hulu Island Rimba Melintang District Rokan Hilir Regency. In conducting this research, researchers used a type of descriptive survey, with the type of qualitative research, qualitative research are methods to explore and understand the meaning by a number of individuals or groups of people ascribed to social or humanitarian problems. Indicators of this study are Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, Accuracy. Types and data collection techniques used in this study consisted of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use the frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique the researchers assessed and concluded that the Evaluation of the Use of Allocation Funds in Improving Physical Development of Kepulhuan Bay, Pulau Hulu, Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Hilir Regency was "quite optimal"
