Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Tugas Balai Pelayanan Penempatan Dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (BP3TKI) Dikota Pekanbaru

This study aims to find out how the implementation of the tasks of the Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement and Protection Service Center (BP3TKI) specifically in the field or focused on the distribution and placement of Indonesian Migrant Workers. To achieve the objectives of this study, the researchers used quantitative methods, namely explaining the results of the study in words or narratives based on the results obtained in the field. The results of the research conducted indicate that based on the Implementation of the Tasks for the Placement and Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (BP3TKI) in Pekanbaru City, the Input, Output, Process, Outcome indicators are in the Good category. In the process of distributing and placing prospective Indonesian workers abroad, there are several obstacles in the activity process from data collection to the placement of Indonesian workers. So, the Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Center (BP3TKI) Pekanbaru city needs to improve performance in carrying out its duties in order to achieve the welfare of Indonesian Workers Abroad
