Tingkat Kesegaran Jasmani Siswa Putra Ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri Binaan Khusus Dumai

This research aimed to know the students’ level of physical fitness that take the futsal extracurricular at SMA Negeri Binaan Khusus Dumai. This research was quantitative research to calculate the students’ level of physical fitness. The sample in this research was taken by purposive sample technique that consist of 12 studdents. The data analysis used in this research was conducted by test. They are; run, pul lup, sit up, and vertical jump. According to the result of the research test, the students who take the futsal extracurricular got the score was 13. It can be concluded that the level of the students’ physical fitness of the students at SMA Negeri Binaaan Khusus Dumai was average / medium classification
