The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the supervision of Supervisors on employee productivity at the Rotte Bakery Production Unit in Pekanbaru. The data collection method uses descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. The number of samples were 54 employees from the production unit of the entire Rotte Bakery in Pekanbaru.
