ROLE OF THE INTERNATIONAL LABOR ORGANIZATION (ILO) IN PROTECTING INDONESIAN MIGRANT WORKERS ABSTRACT By : Reckxy Mandala The many problems of migrant workers are very serious problems that must be addressed quickly. Indonesian migrant workers are often exploited, starting from registration, recruitment, to placement until they return to Indonesia. Data from Indonesian electronic media for 2016-2018 states that female workers in various regions in Indonesia still experience discrimination in the workplace. There are various forms of discrimination, ranging from inequality in employment rights to sexual harassment.
