This study aims to determine the description of patience in parents who have children with special needs in Dumai City. This type of research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological model. The data collection techniques using semi-structured interviews and observation. While the data analysis technique is done by data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that there is patience in parents who have children with special needs in Dumai City.
