Tinjauan Yuridis Terhadap Faktor Penyebab Terjadinya Perceraian (Studi Kasus Di Pengadilan Agama Kota Pekanbaru) Kasus Tahun 2020

Basically, as humans who have been created in pairs by Allah swt, every human being will someday want to get married and form a household with someone they love the most and when they get married, every couple will want a household full of peace, happiness and love. Dear. But in reality, to realize or create a harmonious, prosperous, and loving and affectionate household as many couples dream of is not an easy matter, because there are so many couples whose marital relationship foundered or stopped in the middle of the road caused by various factors. In this study, the main problem will be what are the factors behind the occurrence of divorce and what are the efforts made to reduce the number of divorce cases that occur in the Pekanbaru City Religious Court, especially divorce cases that occurred in 2020. This type of research is observational research by means of a survey, namely research conducted by going to the field and for data collection using interviews and questionnaires to several respondents. Then from the data that has been obtained, processing is carried out so that conclusions are obtained using the deductive method, whereas if viewed from its nature, this research is a case study, namely a study that has a purpose or intent to be able to study a case or a phenomenon more intensively so that the results obtained could be more convincing. From the results of research in the field, it is known that the first factor that causes the most divorce is the Continuous Quarrel factor with a percentage of 88%, then the second factor is the Leaving One Party factor as much as 10%, the third is the Apostate factor as much as 0.3%, then the Economic factor is 0.1%, and the next factor is Madat as much as 0.06%, then the Polygamy factor is 0.06%, and also the Physical Disability factor is 0.06%. The number of divorce cases that occurred in the city of Pekanbaru made the Religious Courts, MUI, and BP4 Pekanbaru city have a way to reduce the divorce rate in the city of Pekanbaru, the efforts made by the Religious Courts of the city of Pekanbaru to reduce the divorce rate are they mediate to the couples who will divorce so that You can refer back, it's different with BP4 and MUI to reduce the divorce rate they provide input on the rights and obligations of husband and wife to couples who will marry
