Simulasi Model Jaringan Permukaan Pada Fasilitas Injeksi C02 Lapangan DDS Menggunakan Metode Analisis Nodal

As production period increases in a field, its productivity decreases, this is caused by the increase in the amount of oil produced from the field which greatly influences the reduction in reservoir pressure. So that with the identification of this problem it is necessary to do a modeling simulation on the surface network of the DDS field injection facility. The application of this method is done using pipesim software for optimal CO2 injection network modeling. Route design and injection surface facilities are one of the factors that determine how the injection carried out into the reservoir will be considered optimal, efficient, and successful in increasing oil production. The results of this study are expected to get the optimum tissue model for CO2 injection. Scenarios that are carried out using the pipesim simulator are useful for identifying pressure drops along the pipe so that the appropriate injection stages are then carried out in order to reduce existing problems and obtain optimum results. The purpose of this study is to design a network of surface facilities and determine the parameters that affect CO2 injection. Determine optimal pressure and temperature conditions in the CO2 injection network. In this research several simulation stages will be carried out. The first step is to create a base case model, after which there are several scenarios by changing the different injection rates which aim to minimize the pressure drop. The DDS field consists of 34 wells, but in this study only two wells will be analyzed namely well # 06 and well # 33. The pipeline network in this field has a length of 20793 meters or 20,793 km. The results of the DDS field pipeline model design. Based on the research and discussion that has been done, the conclusions obtained from this study are, Design of CO2 injection network models in the DDS field by utilizing a test line that is converted into an injection pipe by adding centrifugal pumps and compressors. CO2 is distributed with a trucking system flowed through a test line with a diameter of 6 inches and a 4 inch flowline. The injection flow rate of 3500 bbl / days is the most optimal flow and can minimize pressure drop. The pressure drop obtained at well # 06 was 7.22 psig and well # 33 was 7.26 psig. The temperature reduction in wells # 06 and # 33 was 5.56 ℉
