This study aims to determine how the effect of work placement on employee performance at PT.Arara Abadi Pekanbaru Branch. The population in this study were all employessof the external departement at PT. Arara Abadi Pekanbaru Branch with 38 people as respondents as a sample. The level of employee performanceis influenced by several factors, namely work quality, wrok quantity, timing and work discipline. In addition, what needs tobe considered are the factors that support the creation of work performance, namely employee placement.
