Karakteristik Ceo Dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Pendanaan dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Food And Beverage yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia

The purpose of this study was to examine the personal characteristics of the CEO in making funding decisions and their effects on the company's financial performance. CEO personal characteristics are measured by gender, age, CEO education within the company. The sample of this study used purposive sampling with the object of research for food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. This study uses multiple linear regression models. The results showed that age and education had an effect on funding decisions and funding decisions had an effect on the company's financial performance. Younger CEOs with higher levels of education use financing decisions with higher debt levels that have been shown to improve company performance
