Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Jamur Tiram Putih (Pleurotus Ostreatus) Di Desa Lambang Sari Satu Kecamatan Lirik Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu

White oyster mushroom is an alternative choice as a healthy food that is fit for consumption and can be used as a business that produces profits. This study aims to analyze: 1) the characteristics of farmers and the business profile of oyster mushrooms, 2) the feasibility of oyster mushroom businesses and 3) the sensitivity of oyster mushroom businesses. This study used a survey method carried out in Lambang Sari Satu Village, Lyrics District of Indragiri Hulu District, when the research was carried out for 6 months. Respondents were taken by census, namely farmers of oyster mushroom business. Types and sources of data collected consist of primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the characteristics of farmers are in the productive age group, which is 59 years old, 12 years old farmers' education, 7 years entrepreneurship experience, and 3 family dependents of the farmer. The profile of the oyster mushroom business was established in 2012 and is small in scale. The purpose of this business is to get profits, income and to return the investment capital that has been issued. The source of capital used by farmers is the mosal itself (Equity). From the research that has been done so as to produce an NPV of Rp 74,690,584 / year, an IRR of 88%, a Net B / C Ratio of 3.2 and a payback period of 1 year 10 months using a discount factor of 12% based on the Bank Riaukepri interest rate in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The results of the sensitivity analysis show that the oyster mushroom business is sensitive to the decrease in the amount of production with an NPV of Rp 60,694,849 / year, an IRR value of 74%, a Net B / C Ratio of 2.7, and a payback period of 2 Years 8 Months 25 Days. So it can be concluded that the financial feasibility analysis of investment shows the oyster mushroom business is feasible to run or develop
