Companies are obliged to seek protection of occupational safety and health for their workers. Occupational Safety and Health Efforts are intended to provide safety guarantees and increase the health status of workers / laborers by preventing occupational accidents and diseases, controlling hazards in the workplace environment, and maintaining health. The main problem raised is about how to protect the safety and health of workers and whether the government's efforts are concerned, especially the One Stop Investment Service and the Manpower Office for the protection of occupational safety and health for workers at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The author uses the Observational Research method by means of a survey, namely research using data collection tools in the form of interviews and questionnaires. Meanwhile, when viewed from the nature of this research is descriptive analytical, namely research that describes and explains the reality in the field. From the research results indicate that the protection of occupational safety and health for workers at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas has been carried out well, and is in accordance with Law Number 13 of 2003 and company policy to protect employees of PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas provides occupational safety and health protection, including personal protective equipment (APD), provides health check facilities and the company also ensures that all employees are included in the BPJS-Employment and BPJS-Health programs. Related Government efforts, especially the One Stop Integrated Service Investment Service and Manpower, namely providing guidance to PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas which implements occupational safety and health for its workers, periodic guidance is carried out by the Division of Working Conditions, Industrial Relations and Labor Social Security, guidance is carried out namely by visiting, then providing guidance and outreach to companies and workers regarding the Labor Law. in particular regarding occupational safety and health regulations, providing guidance to them regarding industry, Providing understanding to workers regarding K3 protection in companies with the aim of preventing work accidents that can occur within the company and what are the rights and obligations of companies and workers
