The youth organization in Desa Pasir Ringgit, Kecamatan Lirik, Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu, has not been able to run optimally. The organization has not been able to carry out its and functions regarding overcoming the problem of juvenile delinquency and has not been able to become a forum for youth to convey their inspirations. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of youth organizations in overcoming juvenile delinquency problems in Desa Pasir Ringgit, Kecamatan Lirik, Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu and to find out the obstacles that exist in its implementation. The method in this research uses qualitative methods. From this research, it was found that the youth organization of Desa Pasir Ringgit, kec.Lirik, kab Indragiri Hulu, has not been running effectively. That's due to the lack of guidance and direction from youth youth advisors, lack of cohesiveness between youth organizations, and lack of understanding of youth organizations regarding the duties and functions of youth organizations in the village. From the results of the research that has been carried out, the suggestions that can be given are that the youth organization supervisors need to provide guidance to the management of the youth organization, the management of the youth organization needs to socialize with the community about the duties and functions of the youth organization and the management of the youth organization needs to interact with fellow youth organizations. society and other government agencies.
