Strategi Pengembangan Infrastruktur Di Kelurahan Pematang Pudu Kabupaten Bengkalis

The purpose of this study is to find out the infrastructure development strategy of Pematang Pudu Village, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency by using three targets, the first is to find out the characteristics of the infrastructure available in Pematang Pudu Village, secondly, to identify supporting factors and obstacles to infrastructure development in Pematang Pudu Village, and third , formulating an infrastructure development strategy in the Pematang Pudu Village. This research uses a deductive approach where the procedure starts from the formation of theoretical basis in determining infrastructure development strategies, then determines the variables that need to be investigated and other supporting conditions. The resources used in this study are primary and secondary data and the analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and Logical Framework Analysis (LFA). From the results of this study indicate the characteristics of some roads that are still ground and flooded during the rainy season. And the electricity condition in the area has been partially electrified and some has not yet been electrified. There are several supporting factors and inhibiting factors that originate from aspects of funding, institutional and community participation. As well as obtaining a strategy that stems from the main problem that has two objectives, namely the development of an environmentally sound and sustainable electricity network and the second is the development of the quality of the road network in Pematang Pudu Village
