This study aims to analyze the service at PT. Telkom Indonesia Pekanbaru City, as well as knowing the obstacles faced by PT. Telkom Indonesia Pekanbaru City in Providing Services to Customers, especially IndiHome users. Indicators of this study are Requirements, Procedures, Service Time, Costs / Tariffs, Service Products, Complaint Management. This type of research located in Pekanbaru City is a descriptive survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a data collection tool and the data collected with this tool is then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the existence of research objectives at the location being examined.
