Implementasi Kebijakan Pemerintahan Desa Dalam Meningkatkan Partisipasi Masyarakatdi Kampung Kubang Samae Desa Tanon Kecamatan Mayor Thailand Selatan

It can be said that the village is still in the development stage. Village government policies in order to increase community participation, the village government issues policies. This study aims to determine the implementation of village government policies to increase community participation. The assessment indicators used for the implementation of the G.C Edward III policy are communication, resources, attitudes and bureaucratic structures towards increasing public participation. This research is located in Kubang samae village, Tanon village, Mayor sub-district south of Thailand. The author uses this type of quantitative research and uses descriptive methods, namely distributing a questionnaire list as a means of collecting data and data collected by this tool then becomes the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the existence of research objectives at the research location. The population group and sample in this study were the key informants of the community in village with a total of 50 people. The sampling technique used in the study in determining individual samples was purposive sampling. The data collection technique consists of primary data collected by distributing questionnaires and secondary data collected by means of documentation. This study aims to describe the implementation of village government policies to increase community participation in village Because the role of the village government is very important in improving the welfare of the village community. The results of this study indicate that: The coefficient of determination which is influenced by variable X on the increase in community participation in village, Tanon village is less than optimal. Meanwhile, the correlation coefficient that affects variable X on the increase in community participation in village, Tanon village is very close. From the results of the research above, the researcher tries to suggest to the Tanon village government that the better the policy, the higher the increase in community participation
