The current public needs for financing are getting higher. This resulted in the emergence of financial institutions, both bank financial institutions and non-bank financial institutions. The existence of funding institutions is now very helpful for the community to meet the needs of the community today. Where in the financing agreement carried out by creditors and debtors will cause an agreement. In the consumer financing agreement contract, sometimes the debtor does not carry out what has been agreed upon so that the default occurs. In addition, most debtors often commit violations or defaults on an agreed agreement. In this study the problems raised were how to implement the Multi-Purpose Financing Agreement in Purchasing Two-Wheeled Motorized Vehicles Between Consumers and PT Summit Oto Finance Branch Duri and how to settle defaults in the Implementation of Multi-use Financing Agreements in Purchasing TwoWheeled Vehicles Between Consumers and PT Summit Oto Finance Branch Duri. This research can be classified into Observational Research research methods, namely by means of surveys, namely research directly in the location of research connected with the provisions of the Act and the opinions of experts and the basis of existing agreements. By using data collection tools namely questionnaires and interviews plus books related to the object under study and data obtained analyzed then conclusions are drawn by deductive method. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that in the implementation of the Multi-Purpose Financing Agreement in the Purchase of Between Two-Wheeled Consumer Vehicles, PT Summit Oto Finance Duri Branch has fulfilled the provisions of legislation, especially the Civil Code. PT Summit Oto Finance Branch Duri also provides stages that must be met by debtors to obtain financing facilities. In that stage there is a written agreement that is approved by the Creditors and Debtors which contains the rights and obligations of the parties. However, in its implementation there are still negligence or defaults in repayment of payments made by the debtor such as arrears and transfer of ownership rights without the knowledge of the creditor. If there is negligence or default made by the debtor, the creditor does not directly withdraw all the financing facilities from the debtor, first the creditor provides a reprimand, the warning letter given by the creditor there are three stages which last for 30 days. If within 30 days the warning letter is not responded to by the debtor, the creditor will make a direct withdrawal
