Tinjauan Tingkat Kondisi Fisik Pemain Sepak bola PS UIR Universitas Islam Riau Pekanbaru

Based on the results of research conducted on Football Players PS UIR Riau Islamic University Pekanbaru after being converted by = 4.05 in the Enough category. This research is in the background by several problems that researchers encountered in the field, namely: a.) Not yet known the physical condition of soccer players PS UIR Riau Islamic University Pekanbaru b.) The physical training program given to soccer players PS UIR Riau Islamic University Pekanbaru c. .) Still tired of soccer players PS UIR Riau Islamic University Pekanbaru during training d.) Players are more active at the time of technical material than physical material. The aim to be achieved in this study is to look at the Physical Condition of Football Players PS UIR Riau Islamic University Pekanbaru in 2019. The population and sample in this study were soccer players PS UIR Riau Islamic University Pekanbaru as many as 20 people. This type of research is a test and measurement that refers to the norm and then analyzes the data using the Relative Frequency Distribution (Percentage Distribution) to find out the level of physical condition of football players PS UIR Riau Islamic University Pekanbaru by the formula: P = F / (N) X 100% . From the results of the physical condition measurement test and then analyzed the data using descriptive statistics, it turns out that from 20 soccer players sampled there were 14 soccer players 70% had a sufficient level of physical condition, 6 soccer players or 30% had a lack of physical condition, from 20 football players, PS UIR, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru, who were sampled, not one person is classified as very good or perfect. So it can be concluded that the level of physical condition of soccer players PS UIR Riau Islamic University in Pekanbaru in general is mostly on the level of Enough with an average of = 4.05
