This study aims to determine the role of the Civil Service Police Unit in the Enforcement of Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 8 of 2012 concerning Disturbance Permit Levy in Workshop Repair in Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City. The problem raised in this study is about the role of the Civil Service Police Unit in enforcing Local Regulation No. 8 of 2012 related to licensees for the disruption of the workshop location, where many workshop locations commit violations, which do not have disturbances and cause interference such as air pollution. and the sound of vehicles that can disturb the comfort of the surroundings. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Civil Service Police Unit in the Enforcement of Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 8 of 2012 concerning Disturbance Permit Levies in the Workshop in Marpoyan Damai District of Pekanbaru City and to know the obstacles in the implementation of the Civil Service Police Unit in the Enforcement of Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 8 of 2012 concerning Nuisance Permit Levy in Workshop Workshops in Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City. In conducting this research, researchers used a type of descriptive survey, with the type of qualitative research, qualitative research are methods to explore and understand the meaning by a number of individuals or groups of people ascribed to social or humanitarian problems. Indicators of this study are Work Program Planning, Operational Implementation, Operational Control, Coordination and Facility Implementation, and Imposition of Sanctions. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assessed and concluded that the role of the Civil Service Police Unit in Enforcement of Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 8 of 2012 Concerning Disturbance Permit Levies in Workshop Enterprises in the Marpoyan Damai District of Pekanbaru City was "Enough to Role"
