Manajemen Sanggar Seni Tari Sabai Nan Aluih Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau

This study aims to determine the management management system in the organization or studio. The Sabai Nan Aluih art studio applies a management management system to achieve its intended goals. There are 4 management functions, 1) planning (planning), 2) organizing (organization), 3) movement (actuating), 4) supervision or monitoring (controlling). On average, in one month, the Sabai Nan Aluih art studio is able to fulfill 8 customer orders, even in one day at the same time the Sabai Nan Aluih art studio presents four shows with different locations. In this study it can be formulated in the form of a problem statement namely "What is the management management system of the Sabai Nan Aluih art studio in the city of Pekanbaru, Riau Province". This study uses ahcsan permas management theory. The research methodology uses descriptive analysis method with qualitative data. This research began in April to June. The research location was at the Sabai Art Gallery, Aluih, Hero of the Marpoyan Village, Marpoyan Damai Sub-District. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation techniques, interview techniques, documentation techniques. In order for data to be arranged in accordance with the data needed, the researcher uses data analysis techniques, namely reducing data, displaying data, verifying data. In the implementation of management, which is at the Planning stage, the Sabai Nan Aluih art studio has been planning a member recruitment program, planning an exercise program, planning a weekly, monthly and annual work program. While at the stage of organizing the Sabai Art Studio Nan Aluih has an organizational structure that is formed into a studio management. At the stage of the studio movement Sabai Nan Aluih was able to fulfill customer orders with quality results.
