Peranan Lurah Dalam Membina Lembaga Kemasyarakatan Rukun Tetangga (RT) dan Rukun Warga (RW) Di Kelurahan Tangkerang Tengah Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to see and to what extent the role of the head of the lurah in community in the village of Tangkerang, Tenggah sub-district, Marpoyan Peace, Pekanbaru, is in accordance with the problem. The type of research is descriptive survey using qualitative methods. This research was conducted in the village of Tangkerang Tengah, the sub-district of the peaceful Marpoyan, Pekanbaru. The reason the researchers took the location of this study was based on the phenomenon that the role of the head of the lurah in organizing social institutions in Tangkerang sub-district fell to the peace maritime city of Pekanbaru in good category.
