Studi Pelayanan Pengurusan Akta Perkawinan Pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Pekanbaru

This research was carried out with the intention of knowing the level of community satisfaction from the service of arranging the marriage certificate in the Office of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Pekanbaru. It seems that there are still phenomena and problems regarding service delays, difficult procedures, and information services provided by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pekanbaru City to the public. This research was conducted using descriptive research methods, with quantitative data analysis techniques assisted by interview lists. The population in this study were people who took care of marriage certificates and employees of the Pekanbaru City Population and Civil Registration Office. The type of data collected includes primary data and secondary data, primary data is data obtained through questionnaires and interviews, while secondary data in the form of documentation or regulations relating to the duties and functions of the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Pekanbaru City. After going through the process of research and presentation and data analysis, it can be concluded that the service for arranging marriage certificates in the Office of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Pekanbaru is in the Fairly Good Category. service delay. So that it can be suggested that the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Pekanbaru be able to improve, equip and repair infrastructure such as a narrow parking lot so that the office yard is only for motorbike parking for parking cars outside, causing road bodies and waiting for people who are also narrow until standing up to wait for the queue and supporting facilities to make the service better
