Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Tugas Dinas Pariwisata Kebudayaan Kepemudaan Dan Olahraga Kabupaten Pelalawan Dalam Promosi Objek Wisata Bono Di Kecamatan Teluk Meranti

The implementation of the Bono Tourism Object Promotion by the Department of Culture Tourism Youth and Sports in Pelalawan Regency aims to increase local revenue. Because tourism promotion activities are carried out ranging from domestic to foreign countries, the achievement of the success of Tourism Promotion is carried out by the Culture and Youth Office of Pelalawan Regency through Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, Accuracy. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation and obstacles of the duty of the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports, Pelalawan Regency in the Promotion of Bono Tourism Objects in Teluk Meranti District. The research method used is a quantitative and qualitative merging method. The results of the implementation of the Task of the Department of Culture Tourism Youth and Sports in Pelalawan Regency in the Promotion of Bono Tourism Objects in Teluk Meranti District through six indicators are in the category of "Fairly Implemented" with an average value of 23 with a percentage of 57%. It is known that the Department of Tourism for Youth and Sports Culture of Pelalawan Regency in the Promotion of Bono Tourism Objects in Teluk Meranti District has carried out tourism promotion activities but it has not been carried out properly due to the absence of provisions for Bono tourism promotion activities ranging from domestic to overseas, this is due to lack of number of employees in carrying out promotional activities and supporting budgets in tourism promotion activities. However, the authors suggest that the Department of Culture Tourism Youth and Sports of Pelalawan Regency increase the number of employees in carrying out tourism promotion activities, increase the amount of tourism promotion budget, and increase cooperation between superiors and subordinates in achieving the efforts of tourism marketing activities
