Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Tugas Penghulu Kampung Empang Pandan Kecamatan Koto Gasib Periode 2011-2017

This study aims to analyze the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Task of the Village Head of Empang Pandan Village, Koto Gasib District for the 2011-2017 Period. Indicators of this study are the village head who is assigned to carry out road construction such as asphalting or semenisasi, the village head of the village has the task of building irrigation / drainage channels on each road, the village head of the village has the task of building a bridge to meet the facilities needed by the community. This type of research that is located in Pekanbaru City is a descriptive survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a data collection tool and the data collected with this tool is then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the existence of research objectives at the location being examined. The population used in this study is the Village Head, BPD Employees, Civil Servants, and Village Communities. The saturation sampling technique used in determining individuals For employee populations and accidental sampling techniques for the community, the types and data collection techniques used in this study consisted of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use the frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assessed and concluded that the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Task of the Head of Empang Pandan Village, Koto Gasib Subdistrict, 2011-2017 Period was "Quite Accomplished"
