Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kota Pekanbaru Nomor 8 Tahun 2012 Tentang Retribusi Izin Gangguan (studi: Izin Gangguan Pabrik Pengolahan Kayu)

This study aims to analyze the extent to which the Implementation of the Regional Regulation of Pekanbaru City Number 8 of 2012 Concerning Disruption Permit Retribution, as well as to find out any obstacles faced by the Investment Board and Integrated Licensing Services of Pekanbaru City in implementing Perda Number 8 of 2012. Indicators of this research is Setting Standards, Measuring Performance, Comparing Performance in Accordance with Standards, Taking Corrective Action. This type of research located in Pekanbaru City is a descriptive survey, which prioritizes the list of questionnaires as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool and then becomes the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the research objectives in the studied locations. The population used in this study was the Head of BPMP2T, Head of the Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit, Head of Regional Legislation Enforcement, Business Owners of Wood Processing Plants, Living Communities Around Wood Processing Plants. The sampling technique used in determining individual samples is the census technique for the employee population and the purposive sampling technique for the community, the types and data collection techniques used in this study consist of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data collected using techniques observation. While the data analysis technique used is by using a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the Implementation of Pekanbaru City Regulation No. 8 of 2012 concerning Permit for "Sufficiently Implemented" Disturbances
