Analisis Strategi Pembangunan Dalam Memberdayakan Masyarakat Miskin Kota Pekanbaru Melalui Peningkatan Peran Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM)

This study aims to identify and analyze the development strategy in the city of Pekanbaru Empowering the Poor Through Increased Role of Cooperatives and Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).The formulation of the problem of this research is: how is the development strategy in the city of Pekanbaru empowering poor through increased role of cooperatives and Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)? Has it been successful with highly accomplished?The methodology used method of quantitative research approach consisted of: the type of research that is descriptive, the research location is the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Pekanbaru and 30 cooperatives and 30 Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Pekanbaru, populations used are 30 cooperatives and 30 Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the city of Pekanbaru, the sample used in this study consists of 1 (one) board of every 30 Cooperative, and 1 (one) board every 30 Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Pekanbaru, determined by random sampling technique, the type of data used is primary data collected through questionnaires and interview process, as well as secondary data obtained from the document, reports, and other data sources is needed in this study, it is then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the overall development strategy in Pekanbaru City Empowering the Poor Through Increased Role of Cooperatives and Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that are in the category of Done (79.7%). Thus the Development Strategy to Empower the Poor In Pekanbaru Through Increased Role of Cooperatives and Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are less highly accomplished, by reason of the board of Cooperatives and Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is not maximal increases access to capital and modernization of cooperatives and Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)
