Evaluasi Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) Di Desa Muaro Sentajo Kecamatan Sentajo Raya Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) registration activity for the first time that is carried out simultaneously for all land registration objects throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia in one village area or other equivalent names. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) in Muaro Sentajo Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency and find out the obstacles to the Implementation of the Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) in Muaro Sentajo Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The assessment indicators used include Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Evenness, Responsiveness, and Accuracy. The type of research located in Muaro Sentajo Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is a qualitative research. The data comes from the results of interviews and observations. The sampling technique used in this research is using a purposive technique. The data of this study were sourced from primary data obtained through the results of research interviews. Then secondary data in the form of literature books and the internet according to the required data. In data analysis, it is presented in the form of written descriptions, which will be analyzed using descriptive or elaboration methods. Based on the results of research on the Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) in Muaro Sentajo Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, it can be concluded that it has gone quite well, this can be seen from the response given by the community is quite good although there are still many people who do not believe it because the lack of clarity of the contents of the PTSL program which tends to seem expensive even though the cost to the community is only Rp. 200,000
