Evaluasi Penggunaan Dana Desa Tahun 2020 Untuk Pencegahan Dan Penyebaran Covid-19 Di Desa Tanjung Kecamatan Koto Kampar Hulu Kabupaten Kampar

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the government, both at the central level to the lowest level, such as the village government, are forced to think about various efforts to prevent its spread and its effects, one of the impacts caused by this pandemic is a declining economic factor. And to overcome this, one of the efforts made by the government is by issuing a policy by distributing Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD), namely cash assistance to the poor who are affected in the village, sourced from village funds. This study aims to determine the evaluation of the use of village funds and to determine the obstacles in the distribution of BLT - Village Funds to communities in the village of Tanjung, Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar Regency. This study uses a qualitative method, which is a study that makes humans as research instruments tailored to the situation in the field in relation to data collection which is generally qualitative in nature and is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people. and observable behavior. This writing consists of primary data and secondary data obtained through research tools in the form of interviews, documentation and observations with a research focus on the use of village funds for BLT-Village Funds in Tanjung village involving the village government and the community. The results of this study indicate that the Tanjung Village Government has used village funds for the prevention and spread of Covid-19, but there are still obstacles and obstacles in its distribution, namely there are still dishonest people who want to get more than one type of assistance. Suggestions for research are that the village government should disseminate information about the program and be more careful in determining potential BLT-Dana Desa recipients
