The author is interested in researching buying and selling transactions in the markets of the Working Heroes because there are often sellers and buyers who use code switching in their speech. This is normal because in general sellers or buyers come from various regions with a language background and different social status. The problem of this research is limited to the type of transfer internal code and the factors causing the transfer of code in the seller's and buyers in the market are shocked Jalan Pahlawan Kerja, Marpoyan Damai Kota District Pekanbaru. The theory used: Types of code switching by Abdul Chaer and Leonie Agustina (2010) and the causes of code switching by Kunjana Rahardi (2015). The method used is descriptive method. In collecting data about code switching uses observation techniques, recording techniques, listening techniques and techniques take note. The results of this study indicate that there are 112 internal code transfers with the type of details are 16 code switching from Indonesian to inward Malay, 19 code switching from Malay to Indonesian, 27 code switching from Indonesian to Minang, 35 code switching from Minang language into Indonesian, 2 code switching from Javanese to in Minang Language, 6 code switching from Indonesian into Javanese, 6 code switching from Javanese into Indonesian. Whereas factors the causes of code switching are 7 factors and 1 other finding factor, namely: (1) A feeling of annoyance from the seller to the buyer has 1 data, (2) Feeling irritated there are 1 buyer to the seller, (3) the buyer has a specific purpose hidden data has 1 data, (4) the seller wants to adjust the code there are 23 data used by buyers, 5) surprise expressions on the part there are 3 data buyers, (6) the seller wants to pretend with the buyer there 1 data, (7) The seller wants to joke with the buyer there is 1 data, (8) the buyer want to adjust the code used by the seller there are 20 data
