Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan Di Desa Mekar Jaya Kecamatan Kampar Kiri Tengah Kabupaten Kampar

This study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Mekar Jaya Village, Kampar Kiri Tengah District, Kampar Regency based on the Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2018 concerning the Family Hope Program. In this study using William N Dunn's theory, which consists of several indicators that can be seen such as effectiveness, efficiency, sufficiency, leveling, responsiveness, and accuracy in line with the objectives of the Family Hope Program. Meanwhile, the formulation of the problem in this research is: How is the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Mekar Jaya Village, Kampar Kiri Tengah District, Kampar Regency and what are the obstacles in the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Mekar Jaya Village, Kampar Kiri Tengah District, Kampar Regency. The type of research used is mix method a combination of quantitative and qualitative, with the population of the Village Head, Kasi Kesra Desa, PKH Facilitators, PKH Group Heads, PKH Beneficiary Families, Non-PKH Recipient Poor Families, Families with economies worthy of PKH recipients with 69 respondents as determined by the technique. census and purposive sampling. The type of data used is primary data collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations, while secondary data is collected through regulations, documentation, reports and other data obtained and then analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Mekar Jaya Village, Kampar Kiri Tengah District, Kampar Regency is categorized as "Not Good". It is hoped that the village government and PKH group leaders as well as PKH Facilitators in Mekar Jaya Village are more selective in determining recipients of PKH assistance so that they are suitable and right on target so that there is no social gap in the community
