Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 Tentang Retribusi Perizinan Tertentu (studi Izin Mendirikan Bangunan Di Kecamatan Ujung Batu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu)

This study aims to analyze the extent to which the Evaluation of the Implementation of Rokan Hulu District Regulation No. 6 of 2011 concerning Specific Licensing Levies (Study of Building Construction Permits in Ujung batu District, Rokan Hulu Regency). The indicators of this study are Effectiveness, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, Accuracy. This type of research located in Ujung Batu District, Rokan Hulu Regency is Descriptive Servey, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool and then becomes the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the research objectives in the observed location. . The population used in this study is the Head of the Rokan Hulu District Investment Services and One Stop Integrated Licensing Service Office, the head of the licensing and non-licensing services section, and also the community building owners. The saturated sampling technique used in determining individual samples is for the employee population using saturated sampling techniques, and for community population groups used accidental sampling. The types and data collection techniques used in this study consisted of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is by using a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the research entitled Evaluation of the Implementation of Rokan Hulu District Regulation Number 6 of 2011 concerning Specific Licensing Levies (Study of Building Construction Permits in Ujung batu District, Rokan Hulu Regency) can be concluded as in the " Enough good" category
