Evaluasi Tata Kelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (bumdes) Mekar Lestari Di Desa Hulu Teso Kecamatan Logas Tanah Darat Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

One of the supports in the success of the economy in the village is development in the village, increasing the village's original income and creating jobs. BUMDES is a village business institution that is managed by the community and village government in order to strengthen the village economy. This study was conducted to find out the problems in BUMDES governance, especially in the Savings and Loans Village Economic Business Unit (UED-SP) in the Hulu Teso village, Logas Tanah Darat district, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2017-2019. The indicators used in this study include input, process output, and outcome. This type of research is descriptive analysis with quantitative research methods in which the population consists of two groups, namely 6 actors/managers and 29 borrowers. The sample technique used in this study is proportional random sampling, while the data collection techniques used in this study are field studies, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. From the results of the recapitulation of respondents' answers regarding the Evaluation of Governance for BUMDES Mekar Lestari, Hulu Teso Village, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency with an answer score of 67% from the manager and 50% from the borrower of UED-SP funds. So it is in the "good enough" category so things that need to be considered by the manager, especially in the process of monitoring and lending processes so that the goals of the Mekar Lestari Bumdes can be achieved
