Faktor Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Motivasi Muzakki Aparatur Sipil Negara Dalam Membayar Zakat Melalui Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Provinsi Riau

The motivation of civil servant muzakki in paying zakat through national zakat agency (BAZNAS) Riau province. The formulation of problem in this study was how is the influence of services on motivation of civil servant muzakki in paying zakat through national zakat agency (BAZNAS) Riau province. The purpose in this study was to find out factors that influence interest. This is field study with quantitative method. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. Population in this study were muzakki at the year 2014-2018 that consist of 2136 with the total sample were 97. In taking samples, it used simple random sampling. The result of this study indicates there were three factors that influence motivation of civil servant muzakki in paying zakat at BAZNAS Riau province were service factor with score was 7,664, religious factor with the score was 1,951 and image institution factor was 2,864. It can be known that the dominant factors which influence the motivation of civil servant muzakki in paying zakat at BAZNAS Riau province was service factor (X1) with score was 7.664. In this study, it can be concluded that service factor has already given the influence on muzakki civil servant in paying zakat through National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) Riau Province
