Pelaksanaan Program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya Oleh Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Tata Ruang, Perumahan Rakyat Dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Siak (Studi Di Desa Perawang Barat Kecamatan Tualang)

The purpose of this study was to find out about the implementation of the Public Works Program, Spatial Planning, Housing and Settlements, Tualang District, West Perawang Village, Self-Help Housing Promotion Program and to determine the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program by the Public Works, Spatial Planning, People's Housing and Residential Areas of Siak Regency in West Perawang Village, Tualang District. The indicators used include organization, interpretation, and application or application. The type of research located at the Perawang Barat Village Office, Tualang District, Siak Regency is a quantitative research. Numerical data derived from the results of questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling. The data of this study were sourced from primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and research interviews. Then secondary data in the form of literature books and the internet according to the required data. In the analysis of the data presented in the form of a description, which will be analyzed using a descriptive method or elaboration. Based on research conducted on Public Services in Pinggir Village, Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency, the final results are classified in the fairly good category, with a total of 108 with an average of 36 with a percentage of 53.73%. This can be seen from the percentage of respondents who are dominated by enough answers as many as 20 respondents with a percentage of 50%. It is also known that the edge of the new building still requires construction related to community service support facilities. The village office at the edge of the work system already uses computerization. This is intended to facilitate the work and important data of the Pinggir village office. One of the services provided by the Pinggir Village office is to build a sense of closeness to the community so that it can provide comfort to the community. Friendliness and firmness in dealing with people who want to be served quickly with a solution in the near future and provide the expected results for queuing and waiting
