Evaluasi Pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (bumdes) Di Desa Lubuk Kembang Sari Kecamatan Ukui Kabupaten Pelalawan

This study aims to determine the management of BUMDes in Lubuk Kembang Sari Village, Ukui District, Pelalawan Regency. The indicators of this study are Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, Accuracy. This type of research located on BUMDes Fathonah in Pelalawan Regency is a descriptive survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool and then becomes the main raw material to analyze the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the research objectives in the studied location. The population used in this research is Lubuk Kembang Sari Village Head as Commissioner (Advisor) BUMDesa Fathonah, BUMDesa Fathonah Supervisor (BPD Chair), Director of BUMDesa Fathonah, and BUMDesa Fathonah Customer Lubuk Kembang Sari Village. The sampling technique used in determining individual samples is the saturation (census) sampling technique for the population of Lubuk Kembang Sari Village Head As Commissioner (Advisor) BUMDesa Fathonah, BUMDesa Fathonah Supervisor (BPD Chair), BUMDesa Fathonah Director and purposive sampling technique for customers and the data collection techniques used in this study consisted of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is by using a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the Evaluation of Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Lubuk Kembang Sari Village, Ukui District, Pelalawan Regency was "Good enough
