The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and workload on employee satisfaction at the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru. This study uses a Probability Sampling technique with a purposive sampling method, with a population of 85 respondents so that the sample is used as many as 36 respondents who are part of the Mtc building coordinator, general procurement coordinator, and medical equipment procurement coordinator. The research data were obtained from questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique uses instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test.
