This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of wages on work productivity of PT. Subur Indosawit Core Made in Pelalawan Regency . Research is using the methods of descriptive quantitative and technical analysis of the data that is the way to observe , record and analyze the effect of the determination of wage tarhadap work productivity at PT. Subur-Artificial Indosawit Core in Pelalawan Regency . The data instrument in the form of questionnaires and direct interviews . Mechanical analysis of the data using test Regression Linear Simple , Test determination and Testing Hypotheses . Results of the study showed that in partially granting the wages of employees influential which is positive and significant to work productivity .
