Pengaruh Knowledge Management Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Balai Wilayah Sungai Sumatera Iii Di Pekanbaru

This study aims to find out how much influence knowledge knowledge has on the performance of the Sumatra River River III area in Pekanbaru. The research method used is the probality sampling method with a sample of 40 employees using descriptive methods and simple linear regression analysis, which aims to provide feedback on employee performance so as to provide an overview of the facts. Based on the results of the study, the variable knowledge management has an effect on the performance of the staff of the Sumatra River River III in Pekanbaru, it can be concluded that there is a good increase because it is driven by existing knowledge management.
