Pengaruh Karakteristik Individu Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Haluan Riau Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics on employee performance at Pekanbaru Riau Haluan. This research is a type of causal research that measures relationships or variables research and is useful for analyzing an influencing variable other variables. The sample in the study were 30 Haluan Riau employees Pekanbaru. Data collection methods used are interviews and questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Simple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that individual characteristics in the Riau direction Pekanbaru has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the correlation value (R) is 0.529 and the coefficient of determination or R square ( ) amounting to 0.280 or 28.0% while the remaining 72.0% is influenced by factors other
