Kontribusi Kekuatan Otot Tungkai dan Kelenturan Pergelengan Tangan Terhadap Hasil Jump Shoot Pada Permainan Bola Basket Atlet Club Binamuda Kota Pekanbaru

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of leg muscle strength and flexibility of the hand to the jump-shoot results in the Binamuda Club basketball game Kota Pekanbaru. This type of research is correlation. The population of this study was Binamuda Club Athlete Kota Pekanbaru, which numbered 15 people. The sampling technique that the researcher did was total sampling, that is, the entire population was sampled, thus the sample of this study was 15 people. The data analysis technique used was the r test. There is a contribution of limb muscle strength and flexibility of the hand to the jump-shoot results in Binamuda Club basketball game Kota Pekanbaru with a value of r count = 0.694 > rtabel= 0,514 on strength of category or with a contribution value of 48.16%
