This research is entitled "Joget Abang Becak Dance Performance in Pulau Padang Village, TasikPutri Puyu District, Meranti Islands Regency, Riau Province" Year 2018/2019. Joget dance is a Malay dance movement that usually moves happily and is not done alone. Whereas Abang Becak recounts the joy of the people who work as Abang becak for their daily income. The joget Abang becak dance performance has dance elements such as movement, music, floor design, dynamics, themes, costumes and makeup, lighting, staging, and spectators. The joget Abangbecak dance performance is a legacy of their ancestors who taught themselves to their descendants to dance the joget Abangbecak dance as their past dance entertainment. The theory used is the soedarsono theory which states that performing arts is one branch of art that is always present in human life which has a very complex development. Sources and types of data are primary and secondary. Where in this case using primary data through interviews with direct and secondary data, ie data obtained indirectly or using books and cameras to retrieve documentation. The method used is the method of analysis description based on qualitative data that uses data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study, namely Joget Abang Becak Dance, were danced by 4 dancers and 1 singer. Joget Abang Becak Dance Show is of no duration
