From School to Community:The Positive Culture of PBIS

This presentation will highlight how Mainstay Academy, a member of the Georgia Network of Educational and Therapeutic Supports, has pursued expanding PBIS expectations and involvement beyond the school setting. Mainstay Academy PBIS Ambassadors and staff members will reflect on personal experiences and stories. They will discuss their insights regarding personal growth attributed to PBIS in school and the community. Mainstay Academy has consistently engaged community members in encouraging a positive lasting change for our students, parents, staff, and other community stakeholders through concentrating on our core values of being safe, respectful, and responsible community members.
