Na marginesie refleksji księcia Myszkina oglądającego Chrystusa w grobie Hansa Holbeina

The considerations are devoted to Fyodor Dostoyevsky’s Idiot, focusing particularly on the theme of Hans Holbein’s painting The Body of the Dead Christ in the Tomb, which stands at the centre of the novel’s world. The aim of the article is to show the specificity of this theme – an attempt at proving that it is functionalised in terms of reception: it serves to stop the reader’s perception. Understood in this way, it allows us to see in it the image of the writer’s life, translated into language, which is the source of the foundation of the aforementioned theme. The philosophical basis for justifying the adopted claim is phenomenology (reinterpretations of the findings regarding selected properties of the schematised appearances layer as proposed by Roman Witold Ingarden, and undertaken by Eckhard Lobsien, the spokesman of their understanding in the view of Edmund Husserl).Rozważania poświęcono Idiocie Fiodora Dostojewskiego, szczególnie skupiając się na motywie obrazu Chrystus w grobie Hansa Holbeina, który stoi w centrum powieściowego świata. Celem artykułu jest ukazanie specyfiki tego motywu – próba dowiedzenia, że jest on odbiorczo sfunkcjonalizowany: służy zatrzymywaniu czytelniczej percepcji. Tak rozumiany, pozwala widzieć w nim przetransponowany na język obraz z życia pisarza, będący źródłem ufundowania wspomnianego motywu. Filozoficzną podstawą uzasadnienia przyjętego twierdzenia jest fenomenologia (reinterpretacje ustaleń dotyczących wybranych właściwości warstwy wyglądów uschematyzowanych w wydaniu Romana Witolda Ingardena, a przedsiębrane przez Eckharda Lobsiena, rzecznika ich pojmowania w ujęciu Edmunda Husserla)
