Intellectual property is a relatively new branch that covers a wide range of intellectual creations, such as inventions, literary and artistic works, symbols, names, images used in commerce, including industrial property rights.One of the first points of interest of the negotiators of the license agreement is the identification of natural or legal persons who will become a party or in other words will conclude the license agreement and will become legally obliged to fulfill its provisions. The purpose of describing the parties to a license agreement is to identify each one with sufficient certainty that their identities will not later become the subject of controversy.This paper describes the product to be made, used or sold or the procedure to be applied and from which the product to be used or sold will be obtained. These provisions will also identify the invention or inventions involved in that product or procedure, refer to the relevant patents or patent applications, describe the knowledge and experience to be provided, if any, and identify the technological promotions on one side or the other and the conditions under which they will be available.
