We live in a society in which we face hatred on a daily basis on different grounds. However, it is not always easy to recognize whether we have been the victim or witness of hate crime. Hate crime includes crimes committed with the motive of bias. The term "hate crime" does not define a specific statutory incrimination; he rather describes a concept. Hate crime is always based on a crime committed in a provision of a criminal or other code that imposes some form of punishment for prohibited conduct. Without that initial, criminal act, there would be no hate crime.
