Keputusan pembayaran dividen yang dipengaruhi oleh profitabilitas, aktivitas dan likuiditas pada perusahaan non keuangan

Dividend policy is an issue which is commonly experienced by go public company because of the conflict of interests between the company and stockholders i.e. to meet the expectation of stockholders to dividends and on the other hand, it does not have to resist the growth of the company. This research aims to analyze the factors that affect dividend policy at the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The population in this research are non financial companyÂ’s in Indonesia Stock Exchange from period 2012-2016 with a sample that selected based on purposive sampling as many as 20 companies. The data collected is a secondary data. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression model by SPSS 2.5. The result showed that simultaneously and partially Return On Asset, Earning Per Share, Total Asset Turnover, Inventory Turnover, Current Ratio, Quick Ratio has no influence to the dividend policy. The coefficient of determination showed by 26.2%. This result indicates the ability of independent variables in explaining the dependent variable while 73.8% is explained by other variables
