This thesis examines the interaction between socialization practices and their organizational context. The theoretical framework Pettigrew's contextualist is mobilized and the field of small enterprises (SMEs) chosen for multiple reasons: lack of study in the field, difficulty keeping employees of PE, possibility to observe practices somewhat formalized and informal which have been little studied. Theory of SMEs's configurations (Bentabet et al., 1999) can observe the practices of socialization in organizational contexts very mixed.
