Modélisation et caractérisation du comportement hyper-visco-plastique d'un élastomère sous sollicitations multi-harmoniques et à différentes températures

Cette thèse a été supportée par EUROCOPTER FranceThe rheological models generalized to finite deformation are classically used to characterize the hyper-visco-elastic behavior of filled elastomers. However, the simple rheological models, such as the model of Zener or that of Poynting-Thomson, suitably reflect the behavior in a limited domain of frequency of loading. Consequently, the use of the generalized Maxwell model (with a high number of branches) can be necessary to cover a wide frequency spectrum. However, this model requires the identification of a large number of characteristic parameters in order to represent the behavior of material. In this work, we present a statistical approach allowing the generalization of discrete rheological models to continuous models comprising an infinity of branches, without significantly increasing the number of parameters to be identified. In order to better represent the softening of material at high amplitudes, the model proposed here is based on the association of the statistical hyper-visco-elastic model with an elastoplastic branch. We thus obtain a statistical hyper-visco-elasto-plastic model comprising 6 characteristic parameters. To identify these parameters for the behavior of material, a campaign of experimental tests was undertaken at controlled temperatures (of -55°C$ to +70°C). These experimental tests were carried out on double-shearing test-piece constituted of a siliconed elastomer filled with silica: subjected to triangular cyclic loading (at various deformation rates and various amplitudes); and to relaxation test at various levels of deformation. Finally, comparisons of the model thus identified with results of experimental validation tests performed under multi-harmonic loading shows the good representativeness of the model for a relatively wide frequency spectrum and a large field of deformation.Les modèles rhéologiques généralisés aux grandes déformations sont classiquement employés pour caractériser le comportement dissipatif des élastomères. En effet, l'utilisation de modèles unitaires (ie mono-branches) hyper-viscoélastiques tels que Zener ou Poynting-Thomson permet une bonne représentativité d'un temps caractéristique de relaxation. dès lors, il semble qu'un modèle de Maxwell généralisé (ie multi-branches) permettra de couvrir un large spectre de temps caractéristiques de relaxation mais le problème réside alors dans l'identification du nombre important de paramètres. Nous proposons donc une approche statistique qui généralisera les assemblages mono-branches à une infinité de branches. L'apport de cette méthode réside, en une couverture d'un large spectre de fréquences à savoir les avntages d'un modèle multi-branche, sans pour autant augmenter le nombre de paramètre du modèle. On propose alors la fabrication d'un modèle hyper-visco-élastique auquel on associe une branche élastoplastique pour permettre une meilleure représentation dun phénomène d'assouplissement suivant l'amplitude dynamique de sollicitation. On élabore alors une stratégie d'identification des paramètres du modèle statistique hyper-visco-plastique que l'on applique à notre matériau à température ambiante. On réalise ensuite une confrontation du modèle ainsi identifié avec des essais cycliques harmoniques d'ordre inférieur ou égal à trois. l'utilisation dee ce modèle offrant des résultats satisfaisants, on réalise une campagne d'identification du modèle à différentes températures
