Introdaction: Breastfeeding is when you feed your baby breast milk, usually directly from your breast, it has been viewed as the healthiest approach of feeding. In 2003, the World Health Organization (WHO) recommended that infants should exclusively be fed with breast milk by the age of six months. However, breastfeeding rates remain lower than recommended.
