Introduction: Leadership is the ability of an individual to influence people and is classified according to style and how it is perceived. This determines in many cases the productivity of the group. Good working conditions translate into job satisfaction, but to achieve this, problems must be overcome that must be solved. Objective: To determine the relationship between leadership and job satisfaction in a hospital in Buenos Aires in the first half of 2021.
